The district level French Oratorical competition will be held on Monday, April 15, 2013 at Bliss Carman Middle School.  It will start at 6:30 p.m. and students are asked to be there promptly at 6:15 p.m.  If you have any questions, please contact Mme Whalen at may.whalen@nbed.nb.ca

 

Nashwaaksis Middle School is excited to announce the second annual  Family Fun Fest to be held on Thursday night,  April 18, 2013  from 6:30 to 8:00 in the field house.  Students and parents are invited to attend this free event.  Prizes and bragging rights are available for the winning!

 LHHS PSSC has asked for our help with a petition to the City requesting traffic lights in front of the school.

The New Brunswick Student Wellness Survey began in 2006-2007 for grades 6-12 students and was repeated in 2009-2010. As part of the NB Wellness Strategy, the New Brunswick Department of Healthy and Inclusive Communities in collaboration with the Department of Education and the New Brunswick Health Council have undertaken the 2012-2013 NB Student Wellness Survey to measure and report on the wellness behaviours of all students in grades     6-12.

There will be an important Ottawa meeting on Monday at 12:20 in the theatre.  The announcement will be made in regards to the Ottawa Project winners as well as information about our final garbage bag fundraiser.
